STEAM DAY 2

March 3, 2025 - Bricks4Kidz came back to Rio to give us another exciting STEAM project. This time, we did a "Built-a-Car" project where the discussion is on gear ratios and how using different gears can affect the speed of the car. The science component is the topic of mechanical engineering and the principles of gear systems. After the introduction, we built and modified our own cars and tested out how fast our cars go.
​We really enjoyed the project and very happy with our creations. It was a fun learning experience.
