first week of 5th grade

August 1-2, 2024 - Welcome back to Rio Calaveras! During these first days of the school year,  we set aside time to get to know more about each other. We played a "Find Some Who..." interviewing activity, solved tangram puzzles, and even drew and personalized our own pigs and whales!!! We reviewed PBIS guidelines of being SAFE, RESPONSIBLE, and RESPECTFUL in school. We also watched a presentation and had a glimpse of how our Fifth Grade is going to be like. 
It was a fun first week and promises to be a fun year.
